Blas Guerra Robas is Managing Director and Head of Investments at Fideuram Asset Management UK. Prior to this he was Head of Multimanager at Fideuram Asset Management Ireland – London Branch. Blas joined Fideuram in 2017 from Man FRM in London (UK), where he was a Senior Manager Research Analyst focusing on macro strategies. Prior to this, he was a Senior Hedge Fund Analyst and Portfolio Manager at ICR in Madrid (Spain). Blas holds a Business Administration Degree from University of Seville (Spain) and is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM). He also holds a Certificate of Quantitative Finance (CQF), where he received a Distinction grade.

Richard Knott is Head of Operations and Outsourcing Control at Fideuram Asset Management UK. Richard is an experienced operations leader, with a knowledge of best practice in operations and its supporting systems infrastructure, obtained from a successful career across multi-asset class, buy- and sell-side responsibilities. Prior to joining FAM UK, Richard held senior operations roles at CVC Credit Partners and Man Group, preceded by multiple roles at J.P. Morgan. Richard holds two Master’s Degrees, in Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Warwick (UK).

Dario Colombo is the Head of Compliance and Risk Management at Fideuram Asset Management UK. He joined Intesa Sanpaolo Group in 2014, where he has gained experience in the asset management sector both in Ireland, as Head of Compliance at the parent company Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland) dac, and in Luxembourg, as Head of Compliance and AML at Eurizon Capital S.A. Prior to this, he worked as auditor in Eurizon Capital S.A., E&Y Luxembourg, and KPMG Milan. Dario holds a Business Management Master’s degree with full marks from the University of Milan-Bicocca.
